Installation Recommendation: soak in tub of HOT water, use generous amounts of tire lube, and install with 3 tire spoons. Zip tie trick has been rather successful--you want to keep the 1st half of the tire within the center channel to provide enough slack to mount the last portion. If you've never installed tubeless tires before, a visit to your local bike / motorcycle / ATV shop may be advisable.
